LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Legal and Finance Committee recommended that the request to direct the staff to work toward the annexation of the wholly surrounded areas of the City, initially by sending letters to the affected property owners and holding a public meeting to discuss voluntary annexation, be forwarded to the City Council without recommendation.
