A request by Boschee Engineering for Stoney Creek Development to consider an application for a Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to install sidewalk as per Chapter 16.16 of the Rapid City Municipal Code on Lot 4 and Outlot D of Stoney Creek South Subdivision, located in the SW1/4 SW1/4, Section 22, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located east of Sheridan Lake Road and at the southern terminus of Bendt Drive.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to install sidewalk as per Chapter 16.16 of the Rapid City Municipal Code be denied without prejudice.

VOTE: (10 to 0 with Anderson, Brewer, Brown, Derby, Etter, Gregg, Landguth, Rolinger, Scull and Waltman voting yes and none voting no)
