Highway 79 (Sturgis Road) and south of Hidden Valley Road.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from General Agriculture to Medium Density Residential be continued to the October 15, 2007 City Council meeting due to a publication error by the Rapid City Journal.

VOTE: (10 to 0 with Anderson, Brewer, Brown, Collins, Derby, Etter, Gregg, LeMay, Rollinger and Waltman voting yes and none voting no)
