PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission
recommended that the Amendment to the Adopted Comprehensive Plan to change the land use designation from Medium Density Residential to Office Commercial be approved in conjunction with the associated Planned Commercial Development - Initial Development Plan.
