Thence S89º55’40”W a distance of 50 feet; Thence S00º06’41”W a distance of 30 feet; Thence N89º55’40”E a distance of 50 feet; Thence N00º06’41”E a distance of 30 feet to the point of beginning, all located in Section 4, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 311 Elkvale Road.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended denial of the Conditional Use Permit to allow an off-premise billboard sign in a General Commercial District.
