PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Public Works Committee recommended that the Exception request to allow roll curb and five foot curbside sidewalk on all lane place and subcollector streets within the subdivision be approved per staff recommendation.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the Exception requests to allow curbside sidewalk and rollover curb on the cul-de-sac bulbs (shown as green on the maps) and a modified roll curb (with calculations submitted demonstrating the ability to convey drainage equal to a standard curb for the subcollector streets) with property line sidewalk (for the streets shown as yellow, orange and green on the maps).
