No. 07VE007 - Minnesota Ridge Heights Subdivision

A request by Fisk Land Surveying & Consulting Engineers, Inc. for Premier Homes, Inc. to consider an application for a Vacation of a portion of a Major Drainage Easement on Lot 21 of Minnesota Ridge Heights Subdivision, location in the SW1/4, Section 13, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 527 Middle Valley Drive.


PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Public Works Committee recommended that the Vacation of a portion of a Major Drainage Easement be approved with the following stipulation:

1.

Prior to City Council approval, the proposed new drainage easement shall be revised to provide a minimum total width of 20 feet. In addition, the drainage easement shall be recorded at the Register of Deed’s Office prior to City Council approval.


STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Vacation of a portion of a Major Drainage Easement be approved with the following stipulation:
