PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to provide easements across lots or centered on rear or side lot lines for utilities and drainage as per Chapter 16.12.200.A of the Rapid City Municipal Code be continued to the May 21, 2007 City Council meeting to allow the applicant to submit additional information.
