No. 07RZ012 - Marlin Industrial Park

A request by Dream Design International, Inc. to consider an application for a Rezoning from No Use District to General Commericial District on Lot 1 of Marlin Industrial Park, located in the NW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 20, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located southwest of the intersection of Elk Vale Road and Creek Drive.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from No Use District to Low Density Residential District be continued to the April 2, 2007
City Council meeting to be heard in conjunction with the associated Amendment to the Adopted Comprehensive Plan to change the land use designation from General Agriculture to General Commericial.
