An appeal of the Planning Commission's decision on a request by J Scull Construction to consider an application for a Planned Residential Development - Initial and Final Development Plan on Lots 1 thru 16, Evergreen Condominiums, and Lot B of Lot 14, less North 80 feet of the East 255 feet of Lot B, platted, Section 4, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 1626 Evergreen Street.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended approval of the Planned Residential Development - Initial and Final Development Plan with the following stipulations:

1.

That the applicant construct a six foot screening fence shall be placed along the side and rear yards located adjacent to single-family/duplex/townhouse dwellings; and

2.

The requirement for the applicant to improve Evergreen Drive to City standards is hereby waved.
