A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Ordinance Amendment to Section 16.04.320 B(3) to allow exceptions for unplatted properties when land is acquired by federal, state, county or municipal authorities for highway purposes.


LEGAL & FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Legal & Finance Committee recommended that the Ordinance Amendment revising Section 16.04.320 B(3) to allow exceptions for unplatted properties when land is acquired by federal, state, county or municipal Authority for highway purposes be approved.

 

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Ordinance Amendment revising Section 16.04.320 B(3) to allow exceptions for unplatted properties when land is acquired by federal, state, county or municipal Authority for highway purposes be approved.
