PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Public Works Committee recommended that the request to increase the maximum street grade from 10 percent to 15 percent on a Collector Street be approved.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends denial of the request to increase the maximum street grade from 10 percent to 15 percent on a Collector Street.
