PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission
recommended that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan by revising the South Robbinsdale Neighborhood Future Land Use Plan to change the land use designation from Public to Low Density Residential with a Planned Residential Development be approved.
