A request by Lise Balk-King and Leslie Odegaard to consider an application for an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan by revising the Future Land Use Plan to change the land use designation from Residential to Neighborhood Commercial on Lots 19 thru 24, Boulevard Addition, Block 3, Section 2, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 1011, 1015, 1019 and 1021 St. Joseph Street.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan by revising the Future Land Use Plan to change the land use designation from Residential to Neighborhood Commercial be denied without prejudice.

VOTE: (7 to 0 with Anderson, Brewer, Brown, Fast Wolf, Hennies, Landguth and LeMay voting yes and none voting no)
