Scott Surveyors, Inc. for Doug Pokorney to consider an application for a Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to inistall pavement, curb, gutter, sidewalk, street light conduit, water and sewer; and to waive the requirement to provide a planting screen easement as per Chapter 16.16 of the Rapid City Municpal Code on Lots A and B, Block 55 of the amended Plat of Mahoney Addition, located in the SW1/4 SE1/4, Section 25, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, legally described as Block 55 of the amended Plat of Mahoney Addition, less the south 8.5 feet thereof, located in the SW1/4 SE1/4, Section 25, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 222 Doolittle Street.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to install pavement and sewer, and the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to install curb, gutter, sidewalk, street light conduit, and water; and the request to waive the requirement to provide a screen planting easement as per Chapter 16 of the Rapid City Municipal Code be continued to the August 21, 2006
City Council meeting.
