A request by Boschee Engineering to consider an application for a Layout Plat on a parcel of land located in the unplatted portion of the SW1/4 SW1/4, W1/2 SE1/4 SW1/4, Section 22, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the southern terminus of Bendt Drive.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Layout Plat be continued to the August 7, 2006 City Council Meeting to allow the applicant time to submit the required information.
