PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Preliminary Plat and the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to install sewer along Eglin Street, Dyess Avenue and Beale Street be continued to the July 5, 2006 City Council meeting at the applicant's request.
