PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to reduce the right-of-way width from 76 feet to 52 feet and to reduce pavement width from 40 feet to 27 feet as per Chapter 16.16 of the Rapid City Municipal Code be denied.
