Major Street Plan Amendment

A request by Dream Design International, Inc. to consider an application for an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change a Minor Arterial Street to a Collector Street on the Major Street Plan on the W1/2 SE1/4 and SE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 35, T1N, R7E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located east of South Highway 16 and south of Sammis Trail.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change a Minor Arterial Street to a Collector Street on the Major Street Plan be tabled; and,
That the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to relocate a Minor Arterial Street approximately 1,000 feet east of its’ current location be approved.

VOTE: (10 to 0 with Anderson, Andrews, Brewer, Brown, Fast Wolf, Hennies, Landguth, LeMay, Prairie Chicken and Schmidt voting yes and none voting no)
