LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Legal and Finance Committee recommended that the Resolution Creating Tax Increment District No. 56 be approved with revised boundaries.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:

Planning Commission recommended that the Resolution Creating Tax Increment District No. 56 be approved on the condition that the staff work with the applicant to eliminate as much as possible the developed properties without impacting the project improvements.
