PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Public Works Committee recommended approval of the request by Sperlich Consulting, Inc. for Doeck, LLC to create two H-lots, and to authorize the Mayor and Finance Officer to accept the deeds located in the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 13, T2N, R7E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota. (Motion carried unanimously.)
