A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Ordinance Amendment - A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Ordinance Amendment defining "Microcell" Wireless communication antenna by adding Section 17.04.484 of the Rapid City Municipal Code.

LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Legal and Finance Committee recommended approval of the second reading of Ordinance No. 5100 defining "Microcell" Wireless communication antenna. (Motion carried unanimously.)

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Ordinance Amendment defining "Microcell" Wireless communication antenna by adding Section 17.04.484 of the Rapid City Municipal Code be approved.

VOTE: (9 to 0 with Anderson, Andrews, Brewer, Hennies, LeMay, Nash, Prairie Chicken and Schmidt voting yes and none voting no.)
