PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission approved the attached Final 2006-2010 Rapid City Area Transportation Improvement Program.

VOTE:(8 to 0 with Anderson, Andrews, Fast Wolf, Hennies, LeMay, Nash, Prairie Chicken and Schmidt voting yes and none voting no)
