A request by Sperlich Consulting, Inc. for Doeck, LLC to consider an application for an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use designation on a 160 acre parcel of land from Park Forest to Low Density Residential on a portion of the SE1/4 NE1/4; E1/2 SE1/4, Section 14 and the NE1/4 NE1/4, Section 23 T2N, R7E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the southern terminus of Chalkstone Drive.

 


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission
recommended that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use designation on a parcel of land from Park Forest to Low Density Residential be denied without prejudice.

VOTE: (5 to 0 to 1 with Andrews, Brown, Nash, Prairie Chicken and Schmidt voting yes and none voting no and Anderson abstaining)
