PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from Low Density Residential District to Low Density Residential - II District be continued to the August 1, 2005 City Council meeting to allow this item to be heard in conjunction with the Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Planned Development Designation request. VOTE: (6 to 0 with Andrews, Brown, Fast Wolf, Hadcock, Nash and Prairie Chicken voting yes and none voting no)
