A request by Fisk Land Surveying & Consulting Engineers for Bailey Associates, Inc. to consider an application for an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use designation on an approximate 9.7 acre parcel from Agriculture to Light Industrial on the west 320 feet of the SE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 27, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the eastern terminus of Commerce Road.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use designation on an approximate 9.7 acre parcel from Agriculture to Light Industrial be approved.

VOTE: (7 to 0 with Anderson, Andrews, Brown, Fast Wolf, Hadcock, Prairie Chicken and Schmidt voting yes and none voting no)
