PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the
Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use designation on an 88 acre parcel of land from Planned Residential Development with one dwelling per two acres to Planned Residential Development with 1.5 dwelling units per one acre be continued to the March 7, 2005 City Council meeting.
