Containing an area of 9.0 acres, more generally described as being located northwest of Fifth Street and Catron Boulevard.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the
Rezoning from General Agriculture District to Office Commercial District be approved with the following stipulations.
1. Approval will be in conjunction with the related Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan.
2. Approval will be in conjunction with the related Planned Development Designation.
3. Prior to the City Council approval, the applicant shall obtain approval of an approach permit for the construction of a full street intersection on Catron Boulevard west of 5 th Street as shown on the concept plan.
