Containing An Area Of 6.54 Acres.  Located In the NW1/4 SE1/4 and NE1/4 SW1/4 Section 24, T1N, R7E, B.H.M., Rapid City , Pennington County , South Dakota .

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan by revising the South Robbinsdale Neighborhood Area Future Land Use Plan to change the land use designation on a 8.94 acre parcel from Planned Residential Development with 6.7 dwelling units per acre to Medium Density Residential with a Planned Residential Development be approved with two stipulations.
1. Prior to the City Council approval, the applicant shall obtain approval of an approach permit for the construction of a full street intersection on Catron Boulevard west of 5 th Street as shown on the concept plan.

2. Prior to City Council approval, a revised legal description must be submitted.
