PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommends that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan by changing the future land use designation on an approximate 21.8 acre parcel from
Medium Density Residential with a Planned Residential Development to General Commercial with a Planned Commercial Development be continued to the October 4, 2004 City Council meeting at the applicant’s request.

Vote: (7 to 0 with Anderson, Hadcock, Lemay, Nash, Prairie Chicken, Rodriguez and Schmidt voting yes and with none voting no)
