No. 04CA032 – Comprehensive Plan Amendment
A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Amendment
to the Comprehensive Plan adopting the U.S. Highway 16 Corridor Study
Future Land Use Plan on property generally described as being
located north of Cathedral Drive, south along U.S. Highway 16 approximately
one mile either side of U.S. Highway 16 to south of Reptile Gardens.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan adopting the U.S. Highway 16 Corridor Future Land Use Plan be continued to the November 1, 2004 City Council meeting.
VOTE: (6 to 0 with Schmidt, Nash, Anderson, Hadcock, Fast Wolf, Rodriguez voting yes and with none voting no)
