A request by Dream Design International, Inc. to consider an application
for a Layout Plat on Hyland Park Subdivision, Section
35, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more
generally described as being located west of South Highway 16 and south
of Sammis Trail.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommends that the Layout Plat be continued to the August 16, 2004 City Council meeting to be heard in conjunction with the US Highway 16 Future Land Use Plan as well as the associated Rezoning request.
