Major Street Plan Amendment

A request by Dream Design International, Inc. to consider an application for an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change a Minor Arterial Street to a Collector Street on the Major Street Plan on the W1/2 SE1/4 and SE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 35, T1N, R7E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located west of South Highway 16 and south of Sammis Trail.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommends that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change a Minor Arterial Street to a Collector Street on the Major Street Plan be continued to the August 16, 2004 City Council meeting to be heard in conjunction with the US Highway 16 Corridor Future Land Use Plan.
