PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from Medium Density Residential District to General Commercial District be continued to the June 21, 2004 City Council meeting to allow the applicant to submit an application for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment.
