No. 04OA003 - Ordinance Amendment
A request by the City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Ordinance Amendment to consider adding Section 2.60.195 to the Rapid City Municipal Code pertaining to hearing notices for SDCL 11-6-19 Reviews.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
 Planning Commission recommended that the Ordinance Amendment adding Section 2.60.195 to the Rapid City Municipal Code pertaining to hearing notices for SDCL 11-6-19 Reviews be approved with the additional language of posting a sign on the property notifying the public of the SDCL 11-6-19 Review.

Vote: (9 to 0 with Brannan, Brown, Fast Wolf, Henning, Hoffmann, Nash, Prairie Chicken, Schmidt and Wevik voting yes and none voting no)
