PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the
Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use designation on a 1.240 acre parcel of land from Light Industrial to Office Commercial with a Planned Commercial Development be continued to the February 16, 2004 City Council meeting.
