PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to install curb, gutter, paving, sidewalk, street light conduit, sewer and water be approved.

Vote: (6 to 0 with Brannan, Brown, Fast Wolf, Hoffmann, Prairie Chicken and Schmidt voting yes and none voting no)
