A request by Donald Ritchie to consider an application for a Rezoning from Park Forest District to Medium Density Residential District on Lots 1 thru 3 of Tract 9, Section 1, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located north of the intersection of Franklin Street and First Street.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
 Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from Park Forest District to Medium Density Residential District be approved in conjunction with the corresponding Planned Development Designation.

Vote: (7 to 1 with Brannan, Brown, Fast Wolf, Hoffmann, Schmidt, Stone and Wevik voting yes and Mickelson voting no)
