A request by Centerline, Inc. for Lazy P-6 Properties, LLC to consider an application for a Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to install curb, gutter, sidewalk, street light conduit, sewer and water as per Chapter 16.16 of the Rapid City Municipal Code on Lots 1 of Block 1, Lazy P-6 Subdivision, Section 19, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, legally described as NW1/4 NW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 19, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located in the southeast quadrant of the current Parkview Drive terminus.

Staff recommends that the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations be continued to the August 18, 2003 City Council meeting as the stipulations of approval have not been met.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to install curb, gutter, sidewalk, street light conduit, sewer, water and pavement on the section line highway be denied.

Vote: (6 to 0 with Fast Wolf, Hoffmann, Mickelson, Prairie Chicken, Schmidt and Stone voting yes and none voting no)
