Siegel to consider an application for a Vacation of Right-of-Way on the 40 foot right-of-way north of Lot 5, Freeland Subdivision, located in the SE1/4 SW1/4, Section 19, T2N, R8E, BHM,  Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 2925 Freeland Avenue.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
 Planning Commission recommended that the Vacation of Right-of-Way be denied without prejudice at the applicant's request.
