A request by Doug Sperlich for Jeff Stone to consider an application for a Vacation of Right of Way on Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block 1 of Sunset Heights Subdivision, located in the SW1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 10, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, legally described as a portion of the SW1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 10, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the current terminus of Broadmoor Drive.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Vacation of Right of Way be approved with the following stipulation:

Urban Planning Division Recommendation:
1. Prior to Final Plat approval by the City Council, the applicant shall revise the Exhibit A to include a note identifying that the entire 66 feet section line highway is retained as a utility easement.

Vote: (5 to 0 with Mashek, Prairie Chicken, Schmidt, Wall and Wevik voting yes, none voting no and Stone abstaining)
