A request by Sean Casey to consider an application for a Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement for sidewalks along Woodridge Drive and Pine Knoll Place on Lot 29 Revised of Woodridge Subdivision, located in Section 11, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, legally described as Lots 29, 30 and 31 of Woodridge Subdivision, Section 11, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 1183 Woodridge Drive.

Staff recommends that the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations be continued to the May 19, 2003 City Council meeting as the stipulations of approval have not been met.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement for sidewalks along Woodridge Drive and Pine Knoll Place be approved with the following stipulations:

Urban Planning Division Recommendations:
1. Prior to Final Plat approval by the City Council, the applicant shall submit a signed Waiver of Right to Protest an assessment district for the required subdivision improvements.
