A request by Northcott Company for Perkins Restaurant and Bakery to consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an On-Sale Liquor Establishment on Lot 11R of Lot K-3 of Marshall Heights Tract, Section 30, T2N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 1715 North LaCrosse Street.

Staff recommends that the appeal of the Planning Commission's denial of the Conditional Use Permit to allow an On-Sale Liquor Establishment be continued to the May 5, 2003 City Council meeting at the request of a concerned citizen.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
 Planning Commission denied the Conditional Use Permit to allow an On-Sale Liquor Establishment.

Vote: (4 to 3 with Hoffmann, Mashek, Schmidt and Wall voting yes and Fast Wolf, Mickelson and Wevik voting no)
