A request by Rick Harter to consider an application for a Vacation
of Utility and Minor Drainage Easements on Lot 19 of Block 4 of
County Heights Subdivision, Section 3, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington
County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 4906
Butte Circle.
Staff recommends approval of the vacation easement for only the
portion of the easement that is occupied by the residential structure.
