A request by Dream Design International, Inc. to consider an application for a Rezoning from General Commercial District to Office Commercial District on property described by metes and bounds as commencing at the Southeast corner of Aladdin Heights Subdivision; thence South 89º58'26" West a distance of 93.96 feet along the South line of the Aladdin Heights Subdivision to the Point of Beginning; thence South 89º58'26" West a distance of 85.92 feet along the South line of the Aladdin Heights Subdivision; thence North 07º20'48" East a distance of 64.86 feet; thence South 50º22'03" East a distance of 100.79 feet returning to the Point of Beginning, more generally described as being located east of Highway 16 and 1/4 mile north of Catron Boulevard.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the
Rezoning from General Commercial District to Office Commercial District be approved in conjunction with a Comprehensive Plan Amendment.

VOTE:  (7 to 0 with Hoffman, Mashek, Prairie Chicken, Schmidt, Swedlund, Stone and Wevik voting yes and none voting no)
