Staff recommends that the Preliminary and Final Plat be continued to the May 20, 2002 City Council meeting as the stipulations of approval have not been met.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Preliminary and Final Plat be approved.
