A request by the City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Ordinance Amendment amending Chapter 16.08 of the Rapid City Municipal Code by adding Chapter 16.08.037 pertaining to expiration of approved Layout Plat and Preliminary Plats.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Ordinance Amendment be continued to the April 15, 2002 City Council meeting.
