A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use designation on an 18.39 acre parcel from General Agriculture District to Light Industrial District on the 1548.92 feet of the 100 foot wide Lange Road right-of-way adjacent and parallel to the north side of Interstate 90 along Lot B of W1/2 SW1/4 including Lot Z and along R&L Subdivision Lots 1, 2, and 3 and R&L Subdivision Lots 1, 2 and 3 all located in Section 22, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located Lange Road north of Interstate 90 and east of Deadwood Avenue North.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use designation on an 18.39 acre parcel from General Agriculture District to Light Industrial District be approved.
