A request by CETEC Engineering for Park Hill Development, Inc. to consider an application for a Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to allow lots more than twice as long as they are wide on the unplatted portion of NE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 7, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located lying between Wilma Street, Oakland Street and Hoefer Avenue.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to allow lots more than twice as long as they are wide be approved.
