A request by Pennington County to consider an application for an Amendment to the North Rapid Neighborhood Area Future Lane Use Plan to change the land use designation on a 1.60 acre parcel of property from Medium Density to Public on Lots 1-21, Block 18, North Rapid Addition, Section 36, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 703 Adams Street.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Planning Commission recom
mended that the Amendment to the North Rapid Neighborhood Area Future Land Use Plan to change the land use designation on a 1.60 acre parcel of property from Medium Density to Public be denied.
